I’m the Gym Manager and a highly motivated, knowledgeable Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor with over two decades of experience. I have a strong background in Pilates, bodyweight workouts, weights, running and dance instruction and love to design and monitor detailed exercise programs based on individual client needs, goals, ability and anatomy.As an energetic and motivating person, I’m always encouraging clients to reach maximum performance, while discussing and advising on their progress and providing key nutritional information.

I have worked in the fitness industry for more than two decades, most of which has been with Alive & Well. Before that, I spent time as a builder and was also a semi-pro footballer for Altrincham, Warrington Town and various other clubs.On a personal level, I train to take part in a wide range of sporting and athletic events, such as the World Duathlon Championships, the Iron Man UK, and the Warrington Ultra 40-mile run. So I’m a busy man!
Alive & Well is my second home, so if you can’t find me here, I will most likely be out on my bike, or at home with my family.
